Actually, the room was tidy with a shared bathroom. The location close to bus stops was marvellous for us. And it was also close enough to Kendal after booking an one night stay at the Sundial 

Its location is comfortable very close to a quiet area, the train station, and the town centre & facilities.

The location of this guest house is great, very close to all major tourist areas in Kendal and the Lake District from the South.

My family members and I truly enjoyed being there. Marvellous and incredible location in a pleasant area, met required needs. Moreover, it was just off the train station and art gallery.

The location of this place is perfect, just a short walk to the town center, and we were close to a local museum.

The team here is really friendly and nice. They make sure to serve up delicious and satisfying breakfasts that cater to everyone's preferences, and they even dish out some awesome bacon 🥓.

Comfortable rooms with both heating and air conditioning, equipped with all necessary amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere. The shared bathroom was not an issue at all. 🛁 The breakfast spread had a wide array of delicious 

This place is in a peaceful area and the rooms are beautifully decorated with all the facilities you need, including cozy bedrooms, plus the staff are really helpful.

Conveniently located near a popular spot and close to all the main attractions. Just 1 km away from an ancient fortress. 🏰

Convenient parking, good location and facilities. Single room with shared facilities was cozy and well-decorated. Staff seemed excellent, even though I didn't interact with them. Comfy bed and thoughtful extras. Loved the color scheme, but a touch of pink
